Music on a variety of instruments at home within our extended family of instruments has been stirred up over the years. Guitars, accordion, piano, ukes, banjo, bones, harmonium, voices, drums, bowed psaltery, guitarron, to compose, learn, play, teach, stretch, practice, relax, laugh and explore whatever pulls new notes, colors, steps, forms and shapes out of us in an open call to action by our senses tuned in to respond. Music, art, beads, mobiles, dinner. Creativity emerges from the inside out with what’s at hand - to a feeling, a beat, a sensation, a color, a blend, a freedom to harmonize with the world. Listen. Nourish. Learn. Do what comes. Be kind. See what happens. Give thanks. Repeat.
